African China recently released a new music video for his single “Aun Gboko” hence we decided to highlight what is arguably his signature song on this edition of #ThrowBack. Mr. President was a conscious song that rocked the four cardinal points of Nigeria to say the least and made African China an household name. The infectious call and response chorus of the number addressing corruption in the nation; “Mr. President/Lead us well/ If you be governor/Govern us well/If you be senator/Senate am well/If you be police/Police am well/No dey take bribe…” is the highlight timeless piece.
